Description

 

The LPMS-IG1P is a high-performance 9-axis inertial measurement unit (IMU) and AHRS combined with an integrated GPS receiver, offering reliable real-time orientation and positioning data. Housed in a rugged IP67-rated waterproof enclosure, this sensor is built for harsh environments and demanding industrial or outdoor applications.

 

High-Speed, High-Precision Orientation Tracking

 

LPMS-IG1P fuses data from three low-noise single-axis gyroscopes, a 3-axis accelerometer, and a 3-axis magnetometer to deliver low-drift, low-latency 3D orientation data.
For use cases requiring higher angular velocity, the sensor also includes a secondary gyroscope capable of ±2000°/s, in addition to the standard ±400°/s range. Users can select which gyroscope to use depending on their application.

 

Dead Reckoning Ready for AGV and Autonomous Vehicles

 

The LPMS-IG1P supports custom sensor fusion algorithms that combine IMU, GPS, and vehicle odometry for advanced dead reckoning navigation. This makes it an ideal solution for AGVs, mobile robotics, and autonomous vehicle platforms requiring precise positioning without constant GPS signal availability.

 

Flexible Communication & Easy Configuration

 

This unit supports USB, CAN bus, and RS232 communication (please specify your preference when ordering).
All sensor settings and data transmission parameters can be configured via our IG1-Control software, and full library support is provided for Windows, Linux, and embedded systems.
